Thanks everyone for your response!
Special thanks to simonpz and amedar for their kind comments!
In my recent poll to gauge interest in the stories in this blog, the results were fairly in favor of Taiwan articles, with everyone else okay with all stories.
To the question, Which Syurati-vision Articles Do You Like Best? the results were:
- Articles about Taiwan 60% of responses
- All articles 40% of responses
To give you some idea of which articles are actually the most popular, I’ve posted a screen capture of the views registered by this blog against each article. The oldest articles do not necessarily have the highest number of views.
The results do reflect the general trend that articles about Taiwan are the most popular — perhaps because they are the most interesting? You can judge for yourself.

I’d love to hear from you!
NOTE: Poll closes 29 September 2012.
Syurati-vision’s very first article was published in April 2010. It was a short note making an announcement that yes, dear readers, you had found me.
Not a very interesting topic admittedly, but it was this writer’s first foray into blogging.
In the first 3 months of writing, most topics were unrelated. It wasn’t until November in the same year that the theme of Life in Taiwan started to appear.
Now more than 2 years later, it seems appropriate to get readers’ feedback about what you like to read.
In tracking stories across the last 2+ years, the top 5 articles are about living or travelling in Taiwan. This compares to roughly a year ago when the top stories included travel to Cambodia and Mongolia.
That said, I’d like to hear what you have to say. Please feel free to respond to this poll, and post comments below if you have any suggestions to make.
Thank you so much for taking interest.
